이용약관

머묾(Crayon Diary) · 시행일 2026년 9월 27일

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 주식회사 상상노드(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 머묾 앱과 웹(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (서비스 내용)

서비스는 이용자가 고른 사진을 AI로 크레용 그림으로 바꾸고, 날짜·날씨·한 줄 일기를 얹어 그림일기로 보관·저장·공유할 수 있게 합니다. AI가 그리는 그림은 사진과 다를 수 있고, 같은 사진이라도 그릴 때마다 조금씩 달라질 수 있습니다.

제3조 (계정)

  • 서비스는 가입 없이 익명 계정으로 시작하며, 원하면 Apple·Google 계정을 연결할 수 있습니다.
  • 만 14세 미만은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
  • 이용자는 설정 화면에서 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제하면 일기와 남은 물감은 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

제4조 (물감과 구독)

  • "물감"은 서비스 안에서 쓰는 디지털 상품으로, 고화질 그림 1장을 받을 때 1개가 쓰입니다.
  • 물감과 "매일 머묾" 구독은 앱 안 결제(App Store, Google Play)로만 판매합니다. 가격은 구매 화면에 표시된 금액을 따릅니다.
  • 구독은 스토어에서 해지하기 전까지 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 갱신과 해지는 각 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다.
  • 무료 미리보기와 광고 보상으로 받은 미리보기는 유상 상품이 아니므로 환불 대상이 아닙니다.

제5조 (청약철회와 환불)

  • 아직 쓰지 않은 물감은 구매일로부터 7일 안에 청약철회(환불)를 요청할 수 있습니다.
  • 이미 사용한 물감은 환불하지 않습니다. 고화질 그림을 받는 순간 디지털 상품의 제공이 끝나기 때문입니다.
  • 결제가 앱 마켓에서 이뤄지므로 환불은 Apple·Google의 환불 절차를 따르며, 회사(sangsangnode@sangsangnode.co.kr)로 문의할 수도 있습니다.
  • 서비스 오류로 그림을 받지 못했는데 물감이 쓰였다면 회사가 확인 후 물감을 돌려드립니다.

제6조 (이용자의 사진과 결과물)

  • 이용자는 본인이 찍었거나 찍힌 사람에게 허락받은 사진만 올려야 합니다.
  • 다른 사람의 저작물, 허락 없는 인물 사진, 법령에 어긋나는 사진은 올릴 수 없으며, 이런 사진은 그림 생성이 거절될 수 있습니다.
  • 완성된 그림일기는 이용자가 자유롭게 저장하고 공유할 수 있습니다. 무료 미리보기에는 'AI 생성' 표시와 워터마크가 들어갑니다.

제7조 (금지 행위)

타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위, 서비스를 비정상적으로 이용하거나 방해하는 행위, 자동화 수단으로 물감·미리보기를 부정하게 얻는 행위를 할 수 없습니다. 위반하면 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

제8조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)

회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스를 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있으며, 이용자에게 영향이 큰 변경은 미리 알립니다. 유료 서비스를 중단하는 경우 쓰지 않은 물감은 관련 법령과 스토어 정책에 따라 환불합니다.

제9조 (책임의 제한)

회사는 천재지변, 이용자의 귀책 사유, 외부 AI 서비스 장애 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 생긴 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

제10조 (분쟁 해결)

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁이 생기면 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. 이용자는 한국소비자원 등을 통해 분쟁 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.

이 약관은 2026년 9월 27일부터 시행합니다.

Crayon Diary (머묾) · Effective September 27, 2026

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the Crayon Diary app and web ("the Service") provided by Sangsangnode Inc. ("we").

2. The Service

The Service uses AI to turn a photo you choose into a crayon drawing and lets you keep, save and share it as a diary page with the date, weather and a line. AI drawings may differ from the photo and can vary each time.

3. Accounts

  • You start with an anonymous account and may link an Apple or Google account.
  • The Service is not available to children under 14.
  • You can delete your account in Settings at any time. Diary pages and remaining crayons can't be restored after deletion.

4. Crayons and plans

  • "Crayons" are a digital item used in the Service. One crayon is used for each HD drawing.
  • Crayons and the "Daily Diary" plan are sold only through in-app purchase (App Store, Google Play), at the price shown at purchase.
  • Plans renew automatically until you cancel in the store, following each store's policy.
  • Free previews and ad-reward previews aren't paid items and aren't refundable.

5. Cancellation and refunds

  • Unused crayons can be cancelled for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Crayons already used are not refunded, since the digital item is delivered the moment you receive the HD drawing.
  • Payments are handled by the app stores, so refunds follow Apple's or Google's process. You can also contact us at sangsangnode@sangsangnode.co.kr.
  • If a crayon was used but you didn't get a drawing because of a service error, we'll check and give it back.

6. Your photos and results

  • Only upload photos you took, or that the people in them agreed to.
  • Don't upload other people's creative works, photos of people without permission, or unlawful content. Such photos may be refused.
  • You may freely save and share your finished pages. Free previews include an "AI generated" label and a watermark.

7. Prohibited use

Don't infringe others' rights, disrupt or misuse the Service, or use automated means to obtain crayons or previews. Violations may lead to restricted access.

8. Changes and suspension

We may change or suspend the Service for operational or technical reasons and will give notice of significant changes. If a paid service ends, unused crayons will be refunded according to law and store policy.

9. Limitation of liability

We're not liable for damages caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, your own fault, or outages of external AI services, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
